Audit Before You Move Anything

The most important step that is often forgotten during an infrastructure overhaul is a data audit. It is also the one that will save you the most time afterward. Before you transfer any files, you must determine what exists and what should be transferred.

A clear communication plan should tell employees exactly when changes are happening, what will look different, and who to contact when something doesn’t work as expected.
