View from a local bus to MBK Shopping Center in downtown Bangkok, Thailand. You can get a tuk tuk for ~120-150b or take the bus for 7 baht. I typically take the bus there and catch a tuk tuk back. The traffic is mad during rush hour and if you need to go anywhere, skip a bus, skip a taxi, you need a tuk tuk.

If you’re in Bangkok, take a trip to MBK, it’s something else. While there if you have time to kill, treat yourself to the VIP movie theater, it was one of the more memorable movies I ever watched and I can’t even remember the name of it. The cost of VIP is even less than a movie in North America and there are only 6 chairs per row. Lot’s of space and 1st class treatment all the way.
