Scuba Diving in the Red Sea, Jordan

While in Jordan I had the pleasure of visiting Aqaba which is a city along the Red Sea. While there, we took a boat out on the water for the day where some went snorkeling, others like myself went scuba diving and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards. This was my second time in Aqaba and hopefully not my last.

Besides being quite different from the rest of Jordan as it’s by the sea, it’s just a cool place to unwind after lots of adventure. Sure it’s a new adventure but to say it’s leisurely would be an understatement. In Aqaba there are lots of great spots to grab a meal and smoke some shisha afterwards as well. Many people from Amman have weekend or holiday spots there and for good reason.
