Trip to Tailors in Stone Town

Greetings,

Taking it super easy today in Stone Town, Zanzibar. Just took my beloved custom cargos to a tailor in Stone Town, gents above to be exact. Had a hole in a pocket and showing wear fr basically being worn daily for a year.

Stone Town is so chill, the tailor is working hard while people sift through the narrow streets which are best described as lanes or alleys aka soi in Thailand and gangs in Indonesia.

There is some awesome hip hop beats on in the background from a Tanzanian radio station. Off to get a cold glass of fresh milk and then, whatever ends up going down. Def one of fav cities on this planet, the buildings, oh the character and they are MASSIVE on the inside.

Tips hat,

P.S: whole day has been like this, just getting going and it’s half pass noon. Woke up to staff saying last call for breakfast and eat it slowly while watching Jaws II. Not as scary as the last time I saw it ~ 20 years ago.
