I’m writing this from Desideri Cafe along the west coast of Little Corn Island off the coast of Nicaragua in the classic Caribbean Sea. In this video I made it back from a great trip to Big Corn Island which included a bike tour and decided to plant an avocado tree I procured while there from my friend’s place.  Suffice to say, it was near the end of the day and this small kitten came out of nowhere crying…

It started following me around and then I met this French man who told me that earlier it was lost in the baseball diamond. I decided the only reasonable thing to do was bring it to my place and make sure it had some shelter and milk. Supposedly milk isn’t great for kittens but how would I know that?! Either way, I decided that if it wanted to stay it could but if it wanted to leave, that’s cool too. All I knew was that I couldn’t leave it there…

I love traveling but I also love living in a foreign country because everyday is an adventure of sorts and as always remember that you’ll never know, unless you go…
