Living the Panganideloca

Was a quiet day in Pangani, mulling about doing odd jobs if you will. Eat well again, traded a pair of sunglasses I bought in town for 2000tsh for a lobster, fish and octopus.

Ever buy a pair of shades and immediately after feel weird in them like, not me, not now, not ever?!? Yeah, those kind of shades.

Special guests for lunch today and off to Tanga on Saturday night, about 1.5 hours from here and largest town in region.

This part of the world has a very old history, if interested, suggest you google as copywriting is not my style, let alone from an iPhone in a cashew treefort!

Yes, that is all and the photo is from where Pangani river meets Indian ocean, one of busier rivers in Tanzania.

Living where and how I am is making me feel ridiculously healthy. Fresh air and even fresher food is good for the body. Find myself eating quality and less quantity.

Back home people gorge on goulash fit for a garbage dump while celebrating dumplings from diseased ducks while sipping sodas from sewer pipes on soiled and most soitenly(sic) soggy sofas.

Enough banter for now,

P.s: never bought fish from that guy, all deals go down on beach. Love seeing a fisherman wearing a winter parka in +27 degree weather and not even breaking a sweat in his swagger.

Applause!!
