Today we have another video blog from my recent trip to Bali, Indonesia. Something I very much love about this trip is that it has taken me all around the world and opened my eyes to countless new experiences. This video is from the aquatonic seawater pool at Ayana’s Thalasso Spa. The term thalassotherapy is a new one to this gent and it basically means healing from seawater.

This is how it works, you basically go into the pool and do a little workout of sorts which is fighting the current to get the blood flowing. Then you have this circuit of stations where these jets that target different parts of your body do their magic. Each section ranges from low to high pressure jets and by the end you’ve done the full circuit and end up in this relaxing hot tub…
