View from $300 a Month Caribbean Island Apartment

Good day,
The photo above is the view from an upstairs apartment a lady on Little Corn Island in the Caribbean Sea rents. The cost is $300 a month or $25 a night and has two beds, a private bathroom that is “ok” and a kitchen attached to the back which once again is “ok”. The view is spectacular and it’s on a peninsula right in the center of town.
To get here imagine you’re standing on the dock looking at big corn island, turn around and walk toward the main strip of the island. Now turn left and keep going until there is a large blue building on your left, now take an immediately left and a church is on your right. Ask around once you get to the end of the path. That or ask for Vista Del Mar, maybe both?
If one were more vanilla, introverted, married, with children or in a long-term relationship – could be great.
Thought you should know,
P.S: What does $300 a month get you where you’re from?

Nice. Always wanted to check out Corn Island. Worth it? Is there good snorkeling? When I lived in Panama City I had a one bedroom in San Francisco barrio about 10 minutes walk to Via Espana for $200. Really nice. $300 in Bangkok would be pretty easy to get.
It’s worth it, I think you’d like it here if you’re “in the area”. It is definitely a trek though and just heard from someone that they prefer the diving here over Bay Islands. Supposedly the snorkeling trips are great, I did some just messing around and saw countless schools.
Definitely rich in marine life.
Looks like a nice place to visit. With that view the price is right.
