Epic #ExploreBC Road Trip Round Up!!

Good day,

This is the round-up post of the most epic road trip I’ve ever been involved with, ever. If you’re new here, welcome and you should know that I just recently joined Tourism BC on a very innovative campaign to Explore BC and share it with you, travel loving  and most certainly distinguished web citizens…

The campaign was 28 days and when I’m having fun or inspired, I write a lot. As a result there are 37 updates here and if you start with update #1, you can read about the entire adventure and what an adventure it was! The whole trip was cool but naturally, catching some big chinook salmon was tops for me, I got fishing action better than I ever dreamed of and I’m a dreamer but you already knew that…

  1. Rob,

I am so sorry to see the trip wrap up but I bet you are in for some sleep now! Awesome videos and blog posts, I thoroughly enjoyed taking this trip with you through your eyes. Thanks for keeping us so well informed and up to date all through your adventures!

    • Hi Mandi, it was my pleasure and now looking back, glad I documented as much as I did because trying to write about it now would feel like homework and I don’t do homework.

Thanks for adding to the discussion throughout the month and coming along for the ride.

  2. I bet you’re exhausted. I’m tired just looking at the list of things you saw and did! Very well done, Rob. Tourism BC should be very pleased with the “work” you soldiered through to showcase their beautiful province. Enjoy the down time and good luck on the lakes and links.

    • Thank you good sir and most of my life is my “free time” so when I”m on assignment, I take it very seriously and I think it shows. I played a decent round of golf yesterday and in 4 hours I’m off to try some bass / pike / whatever will bite the line in the Gatineau River. Big muskies in those waters but can’t get my hopes up for a big fight after the old salmon scene.
